IT promises to be a thrilling contest when relegated side La Jeunesse take on Group B leaders Union at Ferwafa artificial turf this afternoon.

The Nyamirambo based side, was relegated from the top flight last year and started off poorly, when they lost to Muhanga 1-2 in the opening fixture, but bounced back with a 2-1 victory over ISAE.

Union top the table with four points after securing a draw and a win in their two games.

La Jeunesse Coach Abdul Karim Muchira is looking at today’s encounter as the perfect opportunity to launch his bid of returning to the top flight.

"To boost our chances of returning to the top flight, we have to top our group and the only way to do that is by winning our games starting with Union,” Muchira said.

In the other Group B ties, Espoir host Interforce, Stella Maris entertain Muhanga while National University of Rwanda (UNR) will be chasing for their first win of the campaign when they travel to Busogo to play ISAE.
