600 students complete ingando

BURERA – The last batch of the 2009 students attending civic education training-Ingando, yesterday completed the three-month training at the Peace and Leadership centre, Nkumba in Burera district. Rev. Fr Innocent Consolateur who was the guest speaker at the closure of the training urged students to embrace unity.

BURERA – The last batch of the 2009 students attending civic education training-Ingando, yesterday completed the three-month training at the Peace and Leadership centre, Nkumba in Burera district.

Rev. Fr Innocent Consolateur who was the guest speaker at the closure of the training urged students to embrace unity.

Reflecting on the past, Rev.Fr Consolateur, said students should foster peace and unity, while implementing what they have learnt from their teachers, parents and neighbours.   

Through their representative, the enthusiastic students highlighted their commitments, pledging to fight any forms of divisions, including genocide and its ideology among the youth.
