Khizzbeats, real names Eddy Lionel Shema, started disc jockeying in 2013 and at 27 years of age, he is still looking to open the deejaying horizons.

Selekta Danny

Selekta Danny

Selekta Danny is growing fast in this game, with his extraordinary creativity on the decks increasingly attracting the attention of many in clubs and other entertainment places.

Danny started disk jockeying in 2019 after being trained by DJ Lenzo. However, studies kept him busy and had to temporarily quit it.

The DJ, born Danny Mugisha, returned to the decks in 2020, during the wake of Covid-19 pandemic after all activities were halted to prevent the spread of the pandemic.

The 22-year-old progressed to the grand finale after beating DJ Montague during the Rwamagana battle to represent the Eastern Province.

The Mutzig Amabeats DJs battle would be Danny’s third competition victory, having two so far including the inaugural DJs Battle Competition that he recently won in August, walking away with Mercedes Benz card worth Rwf25million.

He now plays music at Boogaloo, which is located at Mundi Centre, Rwandex, the venue that will host the DJs battle finale.

F Trucker

The most underrated of all DJs ahead of the final given his experience!

F Trucker, real name Niyomufasha Fabrice, showed that experience can’t always be relied on when he launched his career in disc jockeying by the time he started competing at the Muztig Amabeats DJs battle.

The contest was his first performance. While other DJs have their regular spots where they deliver entertainment, F Trucker has no address yet... but it didn’t stop him from featuring in the top five finalists for the Mutzig Amabeats DJs battle.

At 24, he could become a millionaire if he puts up an extraordinary performance on the decks during the Saturday’s final.

DJ Rugamba

Born Anitha Rugamba, DJ Rugamba is the only female among the five finalists vying for the top prize at the Mutzig Amabeats DJs battle.

In a male-dominated career, the 22-year-old doesn’t mind joining the league in which she sees herself among the best DJs in the near future.

Rugamba booked a ticket to the grand finale which she earned after beating DJ Kavar to with the Musanze battle and hence progress to the final stage as a representative of the Northern Province

The female DJ started disc jockeying in 2020 and is now a regular entertainer at Blackstone, Shooters Lounge and Cocobean.
