Editor,

I have been a subscriber of the MTN network ever since in set foot in this country.

Their services always appealed to me until, MTN started minding their own business.

As the prices hiked and customer care went down the drain, I was saddened by this turn of events.

However, recently I realized that MTN’s behavior has changed as the telecom market becomes broad and wide.

I have the liberty to choose from any network, but I cannot.

The problem is that I am still accustomed to MTN and I still love their diligence to reach out to customers.

Today as I read the paper I see adverts of the Blackberry price being slashed down to Rwf200,000; a big difference of Rwf200,000 from what it cost before.

All this time, it means that they have been exploiting the market or has the Blackberry just lost its value?

Whatever the case, I am still in love with MTN despite the unfaithfulness when they were still in demand.

Nothing, not even Tigo’s enticing adverts will make me change my mind on this one.

MTN is still talking to me. However, they need to increase their advertising pace to that of Tigo before I get swayed away.
