Rwanda’s top cultural troupe, Inganzo Ngari, added color and pure entertainment to the official opening ceremony of the UCI Road World Championships which were making a landmark debut in Kigali on Sunday, September 21.
While hundreds of cycling enthusiasts gathered inside the BK Arena to witness the official flag-off of the Individual Time Trial, Inganzo Ngari were on the other side hyping the crowd with flawless traditional dance to the excitement of international guests including UCI President David Lappartient and Sports Minister Nelly Mukazayire who presided over the opening ceremony of the prestigious cycling event which is happening in Africa for the first time.
