It’s either a café, shop, grocery or none

The arrangement of making shops serve also as restaurants or cafés must be greatly discouraged by the ministry of health.

Many of these shops outside the city center serve as eating places and yet can not even measure up to the slightest standards of a decent coffee shop. The places are usually dirty and smell of sorts.

Food staffs that have soil on them and some dripping with water make the entire shop very unattractive. Polythene bags used to wrap goods are also dirty.

It is usually hard to maintain cleanliness in such an environment.

These business people should only be left to work if they can maintain thorough cleanliness.

Less than that, they should be immediately stopped by the ministry of health.

The truth is that of course the goods are not any cheaper in other cleaner and more spacious places.

It is all about the mentality of being clean. It does not cost much to keep clean and healthy.

The ministry of healthy should not only make supervisory visits to restaurants but should also check on the shops because we too get our food staffs from there. Anyone should be very ashamed of suffering from an illness that is as a result of poor hygiene.
