HOSTS Kenya can revive their hopes of qualifying from the group stages by grinding out a win over Djibouti this afternoon at Nyayo stadium.

The Harambee Stars got off to bad start after losing to Zambia 0-2 in their opening match of the Orange Challenge Cup.

A win over Djibouti today and Ethiopia on Saturday will push Kenya into the quarter-finals.

Ethiopia moved atop Group A after Monday’s 5-0 win over Djibouti. Ethiopia top the group on goal difference ahead of Zambia who could secure a ticket to the last eight with victory over the Ethiopians this evening.

In group C, Burundi takes on defending champions Uganda Cranes at Mumias sports complex.

The Cranes defeated rivals Tanzania 2-0 while Burundi lost heavily 0-4 to Zanzibar in the opening matches.

Tomorrow, Rwanda returns to the fold with a tricky game against Eritrea whilst Zimbabwe entertains Somalia in Group B.
