THE NU-Vision Ministries through donors is to construct a Frw400million secondary school in Kabuga, Gasabo District to enable children from poor families access a standardized education.

 This was said during the recent visit of the sponsors to the ministry’s sponsored students on Thursday.

 Martin Rusanga, the Country Director, Nu-vision Ministries said the school will be admitting children at minimum costs especially for orphans and vulnerable children.
"Our mission is to make disadvantaged children of this country acquire basic education to better their future,” Rusanga said.

Nu-Vision Ministry is a non-denominational Christian organization based in Kigali. It supports the provision of vocational training, giving young men and women practical skills like tailoring, auto mechanics, carpentry, and computer training.

The day and boarding ,  "O” and A-level in both sciences and arts school is being funded by donors from Rwanda, Canada and United States of America and is expected to hold a capacity 720 student in its fully operational status.

Mary Anderson a retired teacher and one of the sponsors said the school will be stocked with relevant scholastic materials to enable children acquire education that bright their future.

"We shall be coming to the school regularly to share our skills and experiences with teachers and the non teaching staff,” she said.

Nu-Vision Ministry also administers a student sponsorship program that currently provides 300 students with funds necessary to study at various schools in the country.
