God instructs everyone who is alive to love Him and to love others the way they love themselves. Loving others includes helping, caring, forgiving those who hurt us and repenting if we do wrong.

Today we shall try to understand why children need to help one another and protect themselves from any form of danger.

It’s important for all people to understand why forgiveness should happen when they are hurt and this can only happen when they fully know its meaning and the benefits that come with forgiveness.

We have a wonderful life and some wonderful people who live in it; so we have to strive hard to live a better life and hope for the best in other children.

When you work hard in your studies it means you will succeed just like the students at Green Hills academy who graduated recently.

Success also applies to your character while at home and spending time with friends. Obeying your parents when they tell you to do right is very important because they get encouraged to make you happy daily.

However, there are people who are not wonderful and want to hurt children. When your rights are abused, it does not mean that you are failures.

Instead of remaining silent, you should report these bad people to the nearest person who can help you; these can be your friends, parents, teachers and local authorities.

The good news is that if you tell someone about the wrong that is done to you, then there is a chance for it to stop. When you find help, as children you should also help others whose rights are abused.

This is what it means to strive for the best in everything, at school, at home and when you are with your friends.

Children should understand that they are important and that is why they have rights. When you help one another to do right, then the world will become a better place for the younger generation to live in.
