AFTER losing the league title to AS Kigali, recapturing it is high on APR’s agenda this season.

The army-side, who start pre-season training this morning are still mourning after being piped to the title on goal difference.

APR and AS Kigali finished level on points but the latter coasted to the title after enjoying a superior goal difference but APR’s coach Egidia Kayitesi is determined to pull the plugs in order to recapture the title.

Kayitesi believes that last season’s defeats against their main rivals AS Kigali and Musanze cost them the title.
"This season, we want to take maximum points against AS Kigali and Musanze,” Kayitesi said.

The league which kicks off November 29 will have ten teams namely AS Kigali, APR, Musanze, Aspej, Rayon Sport, Inyemera, Les Lioness, Rubavu, Bugesera and La Charite.
