Bruce Melodie, arguably one of Rwanda’s leading musicians lately, has confirmed that he has a gospel music project with US-based star Meddy and it is dropping soon.

The 1:55AM-bound confirmed the development during a tik-tok live session with his fans and flowers on Saturday night, August 23.

It reported that the song was recorded in 2023 when the two met in United States after Bruce Melodie’s joint performance with Jamaican star reggae musician Shaggy at both Good Morning America show, followed by &039;iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour' concerts in Miami and Dallas.

His appearance on the renowned show was, among other factors, a result of his collaboration of his song ‘When She’s Around’ with Shaggy

After the tour, Melodie and his manager Coach Gael linked up with Meddy before returning to Kigali.

Asked when the song would drop, Bruce Melodie said it is ready for release but "it will be out as soon as Meddy is free for the release.”
