WITH several prizes to be won, a full house will be pumped up to display perfect golf this afternoon when the November Monthly Mug takes center stage at Kigali Golf Club.

About 60 golfers are expected to flock the greens in the 18-hole event which will tee-off at 8am.

It is yet to be seen whether there will be a new winner for this month’s edition. Some of the past mug winners include Steven Katwiremu (March), Joseph Semwaga (April and June), Emmanuel Nsengamungu (May), Rajan Tiwari (July) and Aaron Musonda (September).

The mug is a preparation ground for next week’s Rwanda Open. The four-day show piece, which stands out as Rwanda’s top golf competition, will run from November 19 to 22.

The event, which is open to both amateur and professional golfers will attract golfers from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi and the host country.
