The search for Miss Rwanda in Kigali is finally over. Kigali Serena Hotel is certainly the place to be today November 14, at 6 p.m.
The venue parade Kigali’s beauty contestants, all eager to have a shot at being Miss Rwanda.
According to a press release from Rwandatel, the main sponsor of the event, all Kigali finalists will join other finalists in a camp, where they will be trained for a whole month on matters concerning the Rwandan culture, history, economy, and also etiquette, public speaking and eloquence, before the finals where one of them will be crowned as Miss Rwanda and Rwanda’s true cultural ambassador.
Tickets for today’s event will be available at the entrance, at Rfw15, 000 and Rfw30, 000 for VIP.
The Miss Rwanda event is sponsored by; Banque populaire du Rwanda, Access Bank, Serena Kigali Hotel, Serena Kivu Sun, Keza Saloon and ORINFOR.
The winner of the Miss Rwanda contest will walk away with a brand new car, whilst the 1st and 2nd runner-ups will bag US $10,000 and US $5,000 respectively.
