ZAMBIA’S Chipolopolo arrived in the country yesterday for Saturday’s 2010 Africa Nations Cup (CAN) qualifier against Amavubi.

The Cooper Bullets, who jetted in aboard Kenya Airways are residing at Gorilla hotel in Kiyovu.

Ahead of the tie, Chipolopolo coach Herve Renard has asked Zambians to rally behind his team.

"We need all the support we can get from our home crowd on Saturday,” he realized.

Renard is set to go for his firing striking partnership of James Chamanga and Jacob Mulenga while South Africa-based defender Chintu Kampamba will partner Dennis Banda in central defense.

With the experience in Zambia’ line-up especially in defense, Amavubi will have to be at their best to break it down.

Amavubi’s head coach Tucak Branko is unsure of who to play in defense after learning that he will be without two of his top defenders; Boubakary Saddou (Fever) and Edwin Ouon (broken arm).

While Amavubi need to win by a two-goal cushion to qualify for Angola, a draw or a 1-0 defeat will comfortably see the Chipolopolo through.
