Why don’t you use ONAPO?

My query specifically targets disadvantaged parents who can not realise their sorry state and instead stop at nothing but give birth to as many children as their wombs can allow them.

My query specifically targets disadvantaged parents who can not realise their sorry state and instead stop at nothing but give birth to as many children as their wombs can allow them.

They bring children into this world and yet they are incapable of decently raising them.

Children from such a poor family don’t get the privilege to attend good schools and sometimes, when the worst comes to the worst, they can not even make it to school at all. Such children feed poorly and as a result get malnourished or retarded in their growth.

I just can not bring myself to understand why some parents out there refuse to use the ONAPO programme introduced by the government.

This technique helps parents to appropriately plan for their families. When a family is small and manageable, there is less constraint on the parent’s income and happier children.

When there is poverty in a home, there will always be agitation.

The reason many children are daily running to the streets as a place for refugee is because of the inching poverty back at home.

As we target to attain the 2020 vision, Rwanda should emphasise on family planning because a prosperous nation begins with a prosperous family.
