Locals celebrate 10yrs of EAC

On Saturday, Amahoro National Stadium was packed to its capacity, with local and foreigners residing in Rwanda who flocked in to celebrate 10th anniversary of the East Africa community (EAC). The event, which started at 7 am, was graced by a list of local celebrated musicians, including the winner of Tusker Project Fame’s third session, Alpha Rwirangira, Miss JoJo and Ntore Masamba.

On Saturday, Amahoro National Stadium was packed to its capacity, with local and foreigners residing in Rwanda who flocked in to celebrate 10th anniversary of the East Africa community (EAC).

The event, which started at 7 am, was graced by a list of local celebrated musicians, including the winner of Tusker Project Fame’s third session, Alpha Rwirangira, Miss JoJo and Ntore Masamba.

Artists staged one-by-one and electrified the crowd with local hits and dances, which left many longing for more.

The event to celebrate East Africa’s anniversary ended as earlier as 10 pm and police was deployed to secure security.
