Mistaek set to drop first album in December

RWANDAN MUSICIAN, Zitoni Nesta Prince Bahizi, commonly known as Mistaek has unveiled plans to release his first album ‘2K40’.

The ‘Kucyaro’ hit maker revealed that the album expresses his vision and art as an artiste. He named it ‘2K40’ because he believes the songs on the album are on another level.

"I made a 21-tracks album for everyone to find themselves a genre they like because the album has different genres. You can find Hip Hop, RNB, Drill and Afro Pop among others and I can’t wait to share it with my fans and Rwandan music lovers before December ends,” he said.

Describing himself in three words, Mistaek represents passion, hustle and big vision. He adds that his music also is all about love and spreading it to people.

"I am very thankful to all my music lovers and I want to let them know that my album is coming soon. I did not go far from what they like so, I am sure they will enjoy it. I love them and will make the proud. I also want to thank all the artistes featured on the album and everyone who has worked on it,’ says Mistaek.

The 21-track album includes ‘Muchoma’, ‘ Ndumusazi’ ft Bull Dogg, ‘ Ndikwikora’ ft B Threy, ‘ Gift Of Jah’, ‘ No Offense’, ‘Nabrizza’ ft Nabrizza, ‘ RN’ ft Yuhi, ‘Ryangombe’, ‘ Seka’ ft Maestro Boomin, ‘ Tell Me’ ft Symphony Band, ‘ Kumuteremuko’ ft Bruce the 1st, ‘Amahoro’, ‘Tracy’, ‘ Indaya’ ft Okkama, ‘ Chemistry’, ‘ Nobody Know’, ft Madebeats, ‘ Chase’ ft Nillan and Bigzed, ‘ 2K40 Life’, ‘Sinner’, ‘Mama’ and ‘Down’.

This album was worked on by various producers like Bobly made it, Logic hi it, Madebeats, Pastor P, It’s the major, Umuriro, Bob Pro and Kennyprobeats.

Mistaek already has two (EP) Extended Playlists out; ‘Za story’ and ‘Bad News’, which consist of six to seven songs.

Mistaek is a singer, guitarist, songwriter and DJ. He began his career as a DJ before enrolling for music courses at Ecole d’art de Nyundo, which opened doors to being a musician. He released his first song King Kong in 2018 with the rap group 47 Gang.
