The district party chairman, Peter Twahirwa, urged the new members to play a leading  role in the reconstruction process of the nation.

During the ceremony, the members cited their achievements in good governance, justice, social welfare and economy.

Twahirwa advised the party faithful to always be exemplary while developing their communities and eradicate poverty.

"It’s our commitment as party members and as the engine of this country’s leadership to act as role models by working hard to develop our nation,” he said.
