Global outsourcing firm officially opens in Rwanda

Comprehensive Staffing Resources (CSR), a service provider firm, has officially launched its operations in Rwanda.

The company has been operating in the country since July this year, but officially launched its services on November 18.

CSR is an outsourcing company for long-term and short-term staff for back office support like accounting and data entry, social media marketing among others.

Godwin Feh, the founder of CSR, said that they started operations in July 2022, with the goal to bring youth in Rwanda into the universal workforce.

"I chose Rwanda because it is clean and safe to invest in,” he said.

He said that the unemployment rate in Rwanda is 16 per cent, and most of them are youth. "In our business, we hire for attitude and passion and we do the training, we are planning to hire a big number of youth,” he said.

Victor Feh, the Managing Director of CSR, said that doing business in Rwanda is smooth because of the available regulations; the government has invested in internet connection which is a ‘big deal’ to businesses in this digital era.

"The business is targeting to employ a big number of youth as new products come in. One of our goals is training students and fresh graduates to enter into the job market,” he said.

Mireille Munkurize, a junior accountant at CSR, said that one of the advantages of working with CSR is that you don’t need to have experience as long as you are passionate about what you do.

"This will help in reducing the rate of unemployment among youth,” she said.

With a goal of creating entry level and senior accountants with a target of over 1,200 staff in the next 5 years, CRS is training for the future professional with a goal to be the best training place for fresh graduates in Rwanda and across by providing internships.

However, their main goal is to grow their staff and clients as CSR grows.
