Shami Mugisha is the Marketing Manager of Urwego Opportunity Bank. He is responsible for marketing the bank’s products for all the branches country wide. Among other responsibilities, this makes him a busy man.

Below he tells us how he manages such a responsibility;
I wake-up at 6:30pm and organize to read some books like the Tipping point for about 30 minutes. I take a shower and have breakfast. By 7am I must leave home, taking me about 20 minutes to the work place.
I make plans for the day and schedule different meetings as required. I normally attend meetings with different contractors, mainly with the marketing concept.
Lunch is between 1 and 2pm at any place of my choice but sometimes at Bourbon Coffee shop.
Work goes on until when I accomplish the day’s programme, although official closing time is 5pm.
Although some days I reach out somewhere, I am sometimes at home by 9pm.
I relax by enjoying music, the same time for me to have dinner.
I rarely have supper but if I happen to have it, it’s at 10pm. I continue with my private work but I never go to bed before 1am.
