Editor,

I recently read the editorial article by Ms. Arlette Umuhoza about modernising agricultural production in Rwanda.  Ms. Umuhoza is a student at Oklahoma Christian University where I serve as Director of International Programs.

Personally, I would like to comment in response to Ms. Umuhoza’s article as well as instruct the students from one of my classes to read the article and provide comment.

I didn’t notice the opportunity to respond with comments in the on-line edition of The New Times.  Is that function available?

Having a good number of Rwandan students on our campus, I am strongly interested in Rwandan news.

I consider myself an avid reader of The New Times on-line edition and would be interested to respond to certain articles if that function were provided much like it is at CNN.com.

Kind regards,

John Osborne
