In reference to the letter of Mr. Sam Rwego regarding the service he received at Fina Bank.

While I do appreciate that Sam might have experienced bad service, please allow me to share with Sam and your readers that I have always experienced excellent customer service, not only from the main branch in Kigali, but also from the top management team of Fina Bank.

The management and staff at Fina Bank have always been extremely helpful and pro-active.

They do understand the needs of their customers and are ever ready to offer a suitable banking solution. They actually go out of their way to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
