The cabinet meeting which sat last week accepted a bill which will allow the formation of the National Children’s Commission (NCC).

NCC is a body that will be given the responsibility of implementing the guidelines of the Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion concerning the rights of children.

 It will make sure that children are represented in all sectors in the country.

The commission will help improve the lives of the children if it is put in place.
