Rwanda’s Ambassador to the Netherlands, Lambert Dushimimana, was on Wednesday, June 18, received at the Noordeinde Palace where he presented his letters of credence to His Majesty King Willem-Alexander of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Last December, the former senator who was until then the Governor of Western Province, was named as the proposed envoy to the Kingdom of The Netherlands which had had no substantive envoy ever since Amb Olivier Nduhungirehe was appointed – mid last year – the minister of foreign affairs.
