A plea to the CSS management

Editor,

I would like to join my fellow CSS customer, who expressed his dissatisfaction with the CSS decision to stop issuing loans to civilians.

I do not know the reasons why such a decision was made but in my understanding, I think that it’s a positive thing for a bank to have many people applying for loans.

That is, of course, unless those people cannot pay back their loans

Why have civilians been treated so badly in CSS? I think that the CSS management owes us an explanation.
