Bazivamo demands more from RPF members

The National Vice Chairman of the Rwanda Patriotic Front Christophe Bazivamo on Sunday argued party members in Nyarugunga sector in Kicukiro district to continue working hard to develop their sector despite the achievements registered.

The meeting which took place at La Pallise hotel was aimed at discussing the achievements reached under the leadership of RPF in the sector.

Nyarugunga sector has so far 22,000 members in the sector according to party authorities in the area.

RPF pledges trucks for one dollar campaign

The Rwanda Patriotic front (RPF) will provide trucks during the construction of a complex that is meant to be home to hundreds of orphans of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi.

The complex will be built from the funds collected under the One Dollar Campaign that has been ongoing for the last five months.

Gangster nabbed

Police in Bicumbi district are holding a 31-year old man identified as Fidele Habyarimana allegedly for having been a gangster and ringleader of a group of thugs in the district.

Habyrimana was caught trying to sneak out of the district after he learnt that the police was looking for him.
He was caught with two guns.

Police are currently looking for the remaining thugs in the district.
