Nyarugenge Intermediate Court has set November 9 as the date for passing a verdict for former cabinet minister and parliamentarian Munyanganizi Bikoro and his co-accused.

Initially, the verdict was supposed to be pronounced on October 2 but was postponed to next month by Judge Harrison Mutabazi to give himself time to study some new evidence.

Bikoro alongside Luis Duenas Herrera, a Spanish and Jean Bosco Bavakure face embezzlement charges.

The trio were convicted by Kagarama court of lower instance but decided to appeal to a higher court.
