The national coach Veceskav Kavedzija was pleased with the level of commitment showed by his inexperienced but promising team.
"Today, I wanted to give chance to every player on the team but I’m still happy with the way we responded after the half time break,” he said.
US based Angelica Williams topped Rwanda’s scoring charts with 13 points while the team skipper Honoree Ayebare weighed in with 10points.
The team jetted out last evening and has up to four days to acclimatize with the refurbished courts before Friday’s opener with Angola.
