Kigali, Rwanda, 15 May 2025 – DEG Impulse GmbH, in partnership with VC4A and Impact Hub Kigali, proudly announces the launch of the third develoPPP Ventures cohort in Rwanda. The programme supports high-impact, scalable startups in advancing sustainable economic, social, and environmental development.

The funding is provided by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Following the success of the first two cohorts, the 3rd cohort will again provide selected startups with EUR 100,000 in non-dilutive co-financing and tailored technical assistance to strengthen operations and investment readiness.
