I read with great interest that His Excellency, Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda was awarded the 2009 Clinton Global Citizen Award.
This indeed is a great honour not only for Mr. President, but as he has said he dedicates the award to the people of Rwanda. So it is a great achievement for Rwanda and its people.
Please allow me to extend my best wishes to Mr.President and to wish him many more successes in the coming months.
