I salute the Immigration department for its hi-tech efforts towards standardising service provision that has seen it win prizes.

It is not only to Rwandans but visitors as well who are benefiting from these reforms.

I think we should expect more prizes because our nation is making leaps and bounds.

Just 15 years down the road and we are the best in Africa in many indicators. We are rising to greater heights in ICT use, proving that our commitment to being a regional hub is possible.

However coming back to our motherland let us first celebrate this success as we wait for more.

Congratulations to the Immigration Department you have made us proud.
