The signing ceremony is set to take place at 2 PM in Washington, DC (8 PM Central Africa Time).
The Ministers of foreign affairs of Rwanda and DR Congo are set to sign a "declaration of principles" on Friday, April 25, in Washington D.C., under the facilitation of the United States government.
The US Secretary of State Marco Rubio will host Olivier Nduhungirehe and his Congolese counterpart Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner for the signing of the agreement on Friday, according to a schedule published on the US State Department website.

The signing ceremony is scheduled for 2 p.m. Washington D.C. time (8 p.m. Kigali time).
Details of the upcoming agreement were not made public.
