The talented R&B star, who performs his way into music-lovers’ hearts with his "Amayobera” track, and then electrifies them with his slither dance moves, has earned himself popularity. His music has become dominant on all local radio stations, and often played in discos and on informal ceremonies.

You may wonder what makes this young artist stand out in the crowd of his fellow artists. Meddy doesn’t use supernatural powers, but it’s because he knows how to control the audience and twist his lyrics well.

The 20-year-old star, told The New Times on Tuesday that he is current busy, working on a couple of DVDs for this season, and has promised a mega concert to his fans late this year.

The former student of La Colombière is in his Senior Six vacation, set to join Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).in the next academic year.
