Franck Emmanuel Kalisa is the morning voice that many Contact FM listeners awake to. Kalisa also fondly and simply known ka is not only a Radio presenter but a producer too.

He also has his own personal businesses. How he balances all that in a day, he tells us below:

I wake up at 4a.m and the first thing I do, for obvious reasons, is pray. I then have a shower, breakfast and at about 4:30a.m set off for work from Nyamirambo where I stay.

It takes me 15 minutes to get to work. I organize for my morning show at 6a.m. However, the Sunday show is different as I do gospel.

I sign off from Contact FM at 9a.m and head to my private businesses in town. I normally have lunch at 1p.m at Horizon Gardens at Union Trade Centre (UTC).

I then go on with my business until 4p.m when I link-up with a few friends at, mainly, Nadaru Coffee Shop at Kigali Business Centre (KBC).

By 6p.m, I must be at home to freshen up. I prepare for the next day, have supper and pray.

I get to bed as early as 8:30p.m.
