This initiative offers young professionals an opportunity to pursue careers in civil aviation and meteorology while contributing to the development of civil aviation in Africa.

Fields of study

The scholarship is open to candidates interested in pursuing careers in Air Traffic Control (ATC), Meteorology (MET), and Electronics and Information Systems (CNS).

Eligibility criteria

Candidates must meet specific requirements based on their chosen field of study.

For Air Traffic Control (ATC), applicants must have completed at least two years of university education in a STEM field, hold a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, or possess a Polytechnic diploma in a STEM-related area.

Additionally, they must be between 21 and 29 years old as of January 2025.

For Meteorology (MET), candidates must meet the same academic requirements, however, they must be 27 years old or younger as of January 2025.

For Electronics and Information Systems (CNS), applicants must also meet the same academic requirements. Like Meteorology candidates, they must be 27 years old or younger as of January 2025.

How to apply

Interested candidates must register online via the official EAMAC website: www.eamac.ne.

Only candidates who complete the online registration process will be invited to submit their application documents to the ASECNA offices at Kigali International Airport.

Application deadline

The deadline for online registration is March 28.
