After faltering to deceive in last year’s East Africa post primary school competitions, all the teams that are set to represent Rwanda are keen to avenge that scenario and bring home some silverware from the regional event which starts this morning and end on Sunday in the Ugandan town of Fort Portal.

Last year, Rwanda did not win a single trophy from all the three disciplines that they took part in; football, volleyball and handball.

The teams that will represent the country are; Notre Damme Secondary School (girls) in basketball and ETSJ in the boys’ basketball category.

Gisenyi College (boys) and APAPEKI (Girls) will stand for Rwanda in the handball.

While Butare GSO (boys) and Indangaburezi Secondary School (girls) hold Rwanda‘s hopes in volleyball. The delegation left the country last week.
