Fitnesspoint, a leading wellness center, has officially launched a new spinning programme—indoor cycling sessions designed to provide an exciting and effective way to stay fit and burn calories. The sessions will run from Monday to Saturday and were introduced on March 8.
Led by experienced coaches, the classes aim to help participants improve endurance, build muscle, and lose weight in a short period of time.

Fidelite Murorunkwere, a spinning coach with two years of experience, highlighted the benefits of the workout.
"Spinning helps in muscle building, especially in the legs and arms, while also enhancing respiratory fitness. We start with a warm-up, then progress to exercises that target the lower body, abs, and upper body simultaneously. I encourage both men and women looking to lose weight to join us on this journey."

Coach Hardi Sebanani, also known as "Terminator," brings nine years of fitness expertise, specializing in cardio, aerobics, and spinning. He emphasized the efficiency of spinning as a workout.
"A 45-minute spinning session can burn up to 600 calories. It’s a great way to get in shape and lose weight. Fitnesspoint Gym is well-equipped, and I encourage everyone to attend," he said.
Hardi&039;s spinning classes will take place every Monday and Saturday at 6 p.m., lasting for an hour.
Addressing concerns about the suitability of spinning for all fitness levels, Hardi reassured participants that the workout is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
"Even those with minor injuries, such as back or knee issues, can benefit under proper guidance from instructors," he added.
Jennifer Mugunga, who attended the session, shared her experience, emphasizing the motivation and effectiveness of the workout.
"It was my first time, but I loved it. The coaches were very encouraging, and I didn’t even realize an hour had passed or how many calories I had burned. I urge my fellow women to join and get healthy with spinning," she said.
