These children have been allegedly exploited by Italia Solidade, Rwanda

Editor,

I am a concerned citizen, and I have appreciated the development in our country’s justice system but something is irking me; the amount of time needed to get justice.

Yesterday, I read some interesting stories in your paper which triggered the concern I had for some time. The stories written by Ignatius Ssuna and another one written by Eugene Mutara were a case in point.

First of all, Alex Mugarura and Charles Gasana have been arrested and detained because of tender scam but these are junior people, who had their superiors, being summoned.

Why haven’ the court or prosecution summoned these guys if they are implicated some where in this scam?

If these senior guys, that have not been summoned for all this time yet they signed the documents now being referred to in court, it raises more questions that answers.

Look at Italia Solidale case that has been in court for three years.

If you follow it closely you realise that nothing much has happened since it the first investigation launching the case begun.

I can’t imagine these poor beneficiaries not having justice. justice delayed is justice denied.
