Minimals in a Titanic World
In this newly released film, Anita, a dancer and aspiring musician, struggles with anger issues while dealing with relationships and loss. After serving time in prison for aggression, she returns to perform at her bar, only to learn that her boyfriend, Serge, has suddenly passed away.
As her close friends try to process the shock, Anita finds unexpected comfort in Serge’s roommate, Shema.
A Place for Myself
This 2016 Rwandan film tells the story of Elikia, a five-year-old albino girl who starts school with high hopes. However, she quickly realises that her classmates see her difference as a problem rather than something unique. As the neighbourhood reinforces harmful stereotypes, her mother stands by her side, offering love and encouragement. Together, they refuse to be silenced, fighting for acceptance and a place where they truly belong.
Fight Like a Girl
Starring Malaika Uwamahoro and Arthur Nkusi, this 2023 film follows a young Congolese woman who is forced to work in an illegal mineral mine. After escaping her captors, she reinvents herself as a professional boxer, fighting not just in the ring but also for a new life. The film is inspired by true events.
Black
This 2009 film stars Belgian-Rwandan actress Carole Karemera. It tells the story of Black, a young man who escapes a dangerous situation during a heist. However, his troubles are far from over when his cousin convinces him to rob a bank in Africa for its precious diamonds.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
Brad Pitt stars as Benjamin Button, a man born with a rare condition that causes him to age in reverse. Growing younger as the years pass, Benjamin experiences life in a unique way.
