AMAVUBI assistant coach Eric Nshimiyimana and Rayon Sport tactician Baptiste Kayiranga (pic) are part of forty local coaches currently under going a refreshers’ soccer clinic at Ferwafa headquarters.

The one-week course has attracted both first and second division coaches.

The clinic, handled by Roth Muller, the president of the German Coaches Union is concentrating on the tactical, defensive and psychological aspects of the game.

The President of the national coaches Association Jean Baptiste Bizimungu told Times Sport that refresher courses are vital for any coach adding that even the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger always have them.

"These soccer clinics will certainly help our coaches. Even the very best like Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger always go have them,”Bizimungu noted.

Muller is currently being tracked by the Ukraine football federation to manage their national team.
