Dear Editor,

I would like to convey my deep disappointment in High Noon (Le Plein Midi)motel situated just behind Chez Lando hotel.

After piling up so much stress from work and other stressful activities, I felt I really needed a good old massage. There was no other place that came to my mind other than High Noon which I should say usually has great service.

However on Wednesday this week, I was in for a rude shock in how far customer care still has to go.

After the sauna bit, a masseuse showed me the massage table and told me to wait. Wait I did but I hadn’t know that I would spend the next 10 minutes just lying on the table.

I decided to forego my much needed massage. When I had gone to clear with the receptionist, the masseuse did not even show any concern that the client she had abandoned on the massage table was leaving.

The receptionist showed some concern but this probably not out of sympathy but most likely for the money that she had to return as change!

High Noon, I might be one client but no one should be taken for granted. It’s a stain on our customer care and a waste to the customer care war cry.

Disappointed client
