Tucak Branko has offloaded seven players from the on-going Amavubi Stars’ training camp for tomorrow’s international friendly match against Tanzania at Amahoro stadium.

The Croat sent home two goalkeepers Patrick Rutayisire (AS Kigali), Emery Mvuyekure (Electrogaz Fc), three midfielders; Pekeyake Tuyisenge, Jean Pierre Hakiri, Abdul Uwimana (Rayon Sport), and two defenders Arafat Serugendo and Jean Bosco Uwacu (APR).

But coach was boosted by the arrival of Cyprus-based defender Hamad Ndikumana ‘Katauti’, who joined camp on Sunday.

Amavubi’s major problem is still remains in the striking line as all the available strikers are finding it hard to find the ball in the back of the net.

Of the available lot, Rayon Sport captain Jimmy Gatete has been impressive in the training sessions but he has still failed the get touch for goals.

Other strikers Cyrille Bille Kauame and Andre Lomami are promising big ahead of the Tanzania duel but they also lack the finishing touch.

Rwanda will be using the Taifa Star’s build up to prepare for the 2010 World Cup/CAN qualifier against Egypt on September 5.
