Juliet Mbabazi is the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) King Faisal Hospital. She was serving as Chief Pharmacist at that very hospital.

Below, she shares with you her typical working day:

I just find myself awake, but what am sure of is that by 6.30a.m I leave for work.

That is after taking a cup of tea. Since the responsibilities I hold have changed, by 7a.m I must be in office unlike before.
Checking my mails is the first thing I do and respond to some that need urgent attention.

I then deal with doctors, nurses and suppliers depending on their different needs. But given this current post, I am not dealing with them directly like I used to since they have to go through some offices.

When I get some free time, I get out for lunch but most times I have it in office. I do not have official time to stop work but between 7 to 8p.m I go home.

By 9p.m, I must be home. I relax and have supper any time I get home. But I do not immediately go to bed. I have to spend sometime checking and responding to some mails that I was not able to reply during the day.

However, the latest I go to bed is 11p.m so that I am able to wake-up on time the next day.
