We will fight for Tour du Rwanda podium, says Java-Inovotec coach Areruya

Stage Three: Tuesday, Feb 25: Kigali - Musanze (km 121)

Stage Four: Wednesday, Feb 26: Musanze - Rubavu (Km 102)

Stage Five: Thursday, Feb 27: Rubavu - Karongi (Km 97)

Stage Six: Friday, Feb 28 Gashyantare: Rusizi-Huye (km143)

Stage Seven: Saturday, March 1: Nyanza-Canal Olympia (Km114)

Stage Eight: Sunday, March 2: KCC-KCC (km 73)

Java-Inovotec coach Joseph Areruya has said that his team is ready to fight for top prizes at Tour du Rwanda 2025.

The 17th edition of the competition is set to run from February 23 to March 2, 2025.

The 16-team contest will feature a total distance of 812 kilometres over eight stages.

"We have been training hard on the roads that the race will use. The boys are very ready for the race. The target is to challenge for the podium positions, but the experience we will earn is even more valuable,” Areruya said.

He noted that his team will need to use good tactics, not strength alone.

"We have to prepare our players well,” he said.
