Irembo has introduced the ‘Ntuyarenze’ campaign, an initiative aimed at ensuring secure, transparent, and accessible government services for all.
As Rwanda’s leading technology company, Irembo is driving digital transformation in public service delivery.
With a network of over 5,000 authorised agents, Irembo plays an important role in bridging the gap for individuals with limited internet access or digital literacy.

These agents assist users in applying for essential government services, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility across the country.
Standardising tariffs and enhancing trust
The newly introduced campaign seeks to strengthen trust between the public and Irembo agents by standardising tariffs and ensuring fair pricing for services.
Irembo pays agents a fee on behalf of applicants to ensure affordability while maintaining quality.
The standardised tariff structure includes services without attachments, which are free of charge. For services requiring attachments, the fee is Rwf500. Printing Irembo certificates costs Rwf200 while printing Irembo receipts is charged at Rwf100.

Promoting transparency and accountability
To ensure reliability, all Irembo agents now wear branded badges and jackets and display official tariffs and services prominently. These identifiers help users easily recognise authorised agents, reducing the risk of fraud and misinformation.
Users can scan the QR code displayed with the tariff information to verify its authenticity and provide feedback on the level of service received, further enhancing transparency and accountability.
In addition to campaigns like ‘Byikorere’, which empowers users to apply for services independently, the ‘Ntuyarenze’ campaign ensures that individuals requiring additional support can confidently rely on trained agents.

This dual approach caters to the diverse needs of users, providing equitable access to over 230 government services available on the IremboGov platform.
Speaking about the campaign, Tonny Kamugisha, Service Distribution Manager at Irembo, emphasised its significance in making government services more accessible and transparent.
"By standardising tariffs, equipping authorised agents, and prioritising user trust, we’re ensuring a seamless experience for everyone, whether in Rwanda or abroad,” Kamugisha added.
The ‘Ntuyarenze’ campaign will be rolled out nationwide through community outreach events, media campaigns, and enhanced agent training programmes.
By doing so, Irembo is reaffirming its dedication to making government services accessible, transparent, and secure for all individuals.
