Allow me express my disappointment with the leaders of Gasabo district who have failed to tarmac the Zindiro-Bumbogo road.

This road is very important not only to the residents of the area but also to Kimironko market, which currently serves the entire city of Kigali.

The dust on the road has caused the residents sleepless nights and the food they eat is always full of dust particles.

Please mayor Claudine Nyinawagaga help the frustrated residents from their scourge
