It has been proved that swine flu is in now in Uganda. It was first reported in Mexico and has since affected more than 40,000 in 140 countries.

It was reported as having crossed into Uganda mainly through Entebbe International airport and other entry points especially those from Kenya. Everyone entering Uganda is being screened.

Rwanda should be vigilant in preventing any single suspicious case from getting in contact with her citizens as this might prove fatal.

Everyone should watch their guard and prevent direct contact with people who are suspected to be infected. It’s signs are like those of any influenza, one gets headache, body or muscle pains and other symptoms. Just be vigilant, don’t join its statistics.
