I am a college student in America and I have been reading your newspaper for a project in my International Relations class.

I was wondering what the opinions are of Rwandans regarding America’s war in Iraq?

Do you feel that we are doing some good over there or that we are just trying to save the day and are actually wasting time and money?

How do you feel about America as a country, the way our country is run and our leaders? 

I am asking these questions because in my class, I am posing as a representative for Rwanda, so when we have our discussions I am to answer in the mindset that I am actually from Rwanda.
