President Paul Kagame will on November 2 officiate at the launch of the Rwandan civil society platform (RCSP).

The launch is intended to raise public awareness on the existence of the civil society platform and its member organizations.

The platform was formed in 2004 after 15 umbrella organisations adopted and signed the charter of organisations of the civil society.
