Sharks 59-6 Lion de Fer

Lion de Fer look to have lost their prowess which compelled them to three league titles after Sunday’s 6-59 league defeat against Sharks at Rugunga.

Sharks captain Juvenal Gatabazi and fullback Innocent Ahorukomeye each had a hat -trick of tries as Sharks raced to their second victory of the season.

Sharks’ coach player Tharcisse Kamanda added two tries and six conversions to seal Lion de fer’s fate.  After the win, Kamanda expressed his satisfaction with the team’s display and said that the team was now looking to challenge reigning champions and table leaders Buffaloes.

"Over all, the team played very well. We now want to challenge Buffaloes. It won’t be easy but we are prepared to give it a go,” he conceded.
